These terms govern use of the Solid Cloud AI LLC ("Solid Cloud AI") website and services.

Services

Solid Cloud AI LLC provides the AI Front Desk service (an AI voice receptionist with a client portal) as described in each client's order. Missed-call text back, lead follow-up and review requests are coming soon and are not part of the service today.

Pricing & billing

The AI Front Desk monthly price and its one-time setup fee are shown on our pricing page.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the business information they provide, for approving how their assistant responds, and for having the right to contact their customers.

AI limitations

AI assistants can make mistakes. They are not a substitute for emergency services. Urgent calls: the AI takes the caller's details and a message for your team to follow up.

Availability

We work to keep our services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
