• For our clients' customers: call recordings, transcripts, messages callers leave and contact details processed to provide the AI receptionist (AI Front Desk) service.
• Basic technical data, such as browser type and pages visited.

How we use it

• To respond to your demo request and provide our services.
• To improve and secure our services.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our services (for example telephony, email and hosting providers), under contracts that protect it, or when the law requires it.

Website chat & forms

When you use the chat assistant on our site, your messages are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate replies. Please don't share sensitive personal information in the chat. Demo and contact form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms.

Call recording

Calls handled by our AI receptionist may be recorded and transcribed. Callers hear “this call may be recorded” at the start of every call.

Retention & security

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above and protect it with access controls and encryption in transit.
